Refund Policy

Every product on The Daily Betterment is a digital guide delivered as an instant PDF download. Nothing ships, so there is nothing to send back.

30-day money-back guarantee
If a guide isn't what you hoped for, email thedailybetterment884@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a few days longer to post it. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.

Trouble with your download
If your download link doesn't work, the file won't open, or you received the wrong guide, email us and we'll sort it out — usually by re-sending the file the same day. This isn't a refund request and there's no time limit on it.

Immediate delivery
Your guide is available to download as soon as payment completes. If you are in the EU or UK, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel. By downloading the file you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you give up that automatic cancellation right. Our 30-day guarantee above still applies to you either way, and is more generous.

Two notes on that EU paragraph: stating it in the policy alone isn't quite enough under EU rules — the customer has to actively consent before downloading, usually via a checkout checkbox. Shopify has a digital-downloads setting for this, and it's worth turning on if you sell into Europe. I'm not a lawyer, so treat this as a sensible starting draft rather than legal advice.
